Took my 10 month old baby to the Kids Club at LA Fitness on Twin Oaks. After I finished working out found my baby with cuts on his face and an abrasion around his right eye. Staff never came and got me. Found my son alone once I finished my workout. Brought it up to mgmt and called the Corp office and all were very dismissive about it. The Gym itself was great, but the way LA Fitness treated my baby was unacceptable. The manager at the Corp office told me in essence that these things happen and that kids break bones. I reminded him that my baby is 10 months old and just started crawling. I understand things happen but no one came and got me when it did happen (still not sure how my son got cut and marked-up in an hour like that). In addition, once I finished I walked into the Kids club to find him alone with the cuts and a mark on his face. They didn't think to hold him even after the incident. I thought about suing but decided it would be better to cancel my membership and try to get the word out to other parents so they dont go through what my wife and I have. I have cancled and joined Frogs Fitness (they have a camera in the kids club room you can watch from any of the TVs on the equip).
