Although I try to look on the positive side of things (as in I'm happy they are completing the town center around the Albertsons, that's great!) I'm a little bummed out that they are putting in a Subway there. Now, I do occasionally like to go to Subway and I don't have anything against them as sandwich shop. It's just that we already have a Subway on Melrose where the new 7-11 is, a Subway in the Ralph's center, and a Subway in the Von's center next to 24-hour fitness. How many more Subway's does this town need? And two of those three mentioned are extremely convenient to SEH. At the very least it would be nice to have variety, something different than what is already available just down the street. At best I would love to see some unique, one-of-a-kind shops (i.e., mom-n-pop) shops that offer us something not found anywhere else. That would really make SEH special.
Thoughts? Ideas?

It's a "sub" type sandwich place, a mom and pop type shop owned by a guy who runs a similar shop in Carlsbad. Not sure why they keep incorrectly calling it a Subway, but I've heard from multiple people in-the-know that it's not what you fear.
